General Russell Honore is a retired U.S. Army General known for his leadership during Hurricane Katrina in 2005, where he oversaw military relief efforts. He has strong ties to Pointe Coupee Parish, Louisiana, reflecting his deep roots and commitment to community resilience and disaster preparedness.
Dr. Louis Montelaro

Grand Marshal
Dr. Louis Montelaro, MD, is a Family Practitioner and Kid Med provider with a background in military medicine. After completing his internship in Shreveport, Louisiana, he served as a flight surgeon during the Vietnam War and has been practicing medicine since March of 1971.
