VENDOR INFORMATION

We invite food vendors interested in selling items to apply online. Please note that your application must be approved for participation in the festival. Once submitted, you will be notified by email regarding the status of your application.

 

A $150 vendor fee is to be paid in full by January 19th.

After application is approved and prior to submitting payment, a vendor permit must be obtained from the City of New Roads.

• Vendors are responsible for obtaining a City Permit to sell food, prior to submitting payment.  Please contact Whitney Hammond at whammond@cityofnewroads.net to apply.
